Job Overview

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive membership sales while focusing on retention strategies.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance revenue streams, including memberships, retail sales, and teacher training programs.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives weekly to attract new clientele.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and supervision of Wellness Advisors, providing guidance on effective sales techniques.
  • Delegate sales responsibilities among the Wellness Advisor team to optimize performance.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new members and follow up with previous clients.
  • Monitor and track initial visits of new members.
  • Assist the Lead Wellness Advisor in managing the sales team.
  • Handle advanced customer service inquiries professionally.
  • Step in as needed to support fellow sales associates.

Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 1 year of experience in retail or service sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Proficient in personal sales generation and training others in sales methodologies.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Capability to identify areas for improvement and implement changes judiciously.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with strong data management skills, able to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Proficient in computer usage and familiar with studio management software.

Compensation:

This position offers an hourly wage plus commission, along with full access to our facilities.
