Job Overview

The Sales and Service Advisor plays a crucial role in assisting the General Manager in managing the assigned studio(s) to ensure that sales objectives are met and customer service excellence is maintained according to YogaSix standards. This position encompasses all facets of the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Generate leads and drive membership sales while ensuring customer retention.
  • Collaborate with the General Manager to enhance revenue streams, including memberships, retail sales, and teacher training programs.
  • Engage in grassroots marketing initiatives weekly to attract new clientele.
  • Support the recruitment, training, and mentoring of Wellness Advisors in effective sales techniques.
  • Delegate sales tasks among the Wellness Advisor team.
  • Conduct welcome calls for new members and follow up with previous members.
  • Monitor and track initial visits of new members.
  • Assist the Lead Wellness Advisor in team management.
  • Handle advanced customer service inquiries.
  • Provide support as needed for sales associates.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail or service sales, preferably in the fitness industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to generate and follow up on sales leads.
  • Proficient in personal sales generation and training others in sales strategies.
  • Fluency in English with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation.
  • Able to thrive in a dynamic and diverse environment.
  • Capable of identifying areas for improvement and implementing effective solutions.
  • Excellent writing and grammar skills.
  • Highly organized with strong data management capabilities and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Professional demeanor, punctuality, reliability, and attention to detail.
  • Trustworthy with the ability to manage confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, clients, and the public.
  • Maintain composure and professionalism in challenging situations.
  • Proficient in computer use and familiar with studio management software.

Compensation:
