Regional Sales Manager - Northeast Territory

Compensation: $125,000 - $160,000 annually

Position Overview:

As a Regional Sales Manager, you will set the benchmark for success in the Northeast region.

Territory: Northeast Region (CT, ME, MA, NH, NJ, NY, PA, RI)
Industry Focus: Heavy Duty Truck & Trailer Suspension, Steering, Undercarriage, Fifth Wheel

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and refine a multi-year sales strategy that aligns with corporate objectives, continuously adjusting to surpass sales goals.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Engage with various departments to broaden product offerings and introduce innovative programs.
  • Pricing Strategy: Establish pricing and promotional strategies that enhance revenue and profit margins.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with management and marketing teams to create promotional materials and participate in industry events.
  • Team Development: Recruit, train, and lead a high-performing sales team to maximize our market presence in the Northeast.


Candidate Profile:
  • Experience: 6-8 years of sales experience in the heavy-duty truck sector, particularly with aftermarket distributors.
  • Willingness to Travel: Open to traveling 60%-70% of the time; proximity to an airport is preferred.
  • Networking Skills: Established connections with aftermarket parts distributors and the ability to leverage these relationships effectively.
