Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a key liaison between General Motors, its dealerships, and associated partners.
  • Develop and nurture partnerships to enhance collaboration.
  • Provide mentorship and consulting to ensure sales targets are achieved.
  • Monitor dealership Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) and other feedback mechanisms to identify areas for improvement.
  • Support product launches to ensure effective marketing and communication between dealers and GM.
  • Oversee dealership personnel training to ensure adherence to GM standards.
  • Assist in managing dealership inventory, including vehicle and parts procurement.
  • Analyze sales data, local market trends, and competition to uncover revenue opportunities.
  • Drive sales of GM vehicles and accessories.
  • Facilitate customer issue resolution.
  • Travel regularly to engage with dealerships in your assigned region.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or 4+ years of relevant experience in the automotive sector.
  • A minimum of 4 years in sales and customer service roles.
  • Willingness to travel extensively and the ability to relocate as necessary.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to operate a motor vehicle regularly.

Compensation: The salary range for this position is ($93,900 - $149,200), with actual offers varying based on relevant factors.

Bonus Potential: An incentive program is available, providing payouts based on company performance, job level, and individual contributions.
