Job Overview

Lycatel LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Performance Driver to join their Sales Team in a remote capacity with regular visits to the Providence, RI area.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales performance and related metrics of the associated territory to maximize company revenue. This is an outside sales position that requires a strong ability to build relationships with retailers, drive sales volume, and ensure adequate inventory levels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive company revenue through strategic sales initiatives and relationship building with retailers.
  • Grow customer activations in the assigned territory by increasing sales volume and ensuring retailers have an adequate supply of stock and merchandising materials.
  • Educate and train retailers on service offerings, systems, and processes to improve customer experience and drive sales growth.
  • Maintain and build relationships with store personnel to ensure strong brand advocacy and customer loyalty.
  • Report daily activity, store-level conditions, trends, and competitive data to inform sales strategies and drive business growth.
  • Develop and implement a business plan for the designated region, driving measurable results for stores and contributing to the company's overall revenue growth.
  • Conduct store visits and phone calls to monitor sales performance, provide feedback, and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Continuously expand sales through establishing and maintaining retailer contacts, identifying new business opportunities, and leveraging existing relationships to drive growth.
  • Strengthen brand awareness in the channel through effective merchandising, display maintenance, and brand advocacy initiatives.
Requirements
  • At least 2-5 years of wireless industry experience, with a strong understanding of sales performance metrics and retail channel dynamics.
  • High school diploma or equivalent, with any combination of education and experience considered.
  • Highly self-motivated and independent team player with a proven track record of meeting performance goals and requirements.
  • Ability to take initiative, problem-solve, and multitask in a fast-paced sales environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to coordinate and direct projects to drive business growth.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with retailers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Valid driver's license, with at least 2 years of driving experience in the US.
  • Bi-lingual Spanish preferred, but not required.
