Job Description

**Job Summary**

The Blue Castle Agency is seeking a highly skilled Regional Property Manager to oversee the management of a portfolio of properties in a specific region. This is a key leadership role that requires a strong understanding of property management principles, as well as excellent communication and leadership skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Portfolio Management
    • Manage the day-to-day operations of a portfolio of properties, including leasing, maintenance, and repairs
    • Develop and implement long-term plans for the portfolio, including capital improvements and new development
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Lead a team of property managers and other staff to ensure the successful management of the portfolio
    • Recruit, train, and develop property managers and other staff to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles
  • Financial Management
    • Oversee the budget for the portfolio and manage financial risks
    • Ensure that the properties are in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations
  • Customer Service
    • Provide excellent customer service to tenants and property owners

Requirements

  • CPM or CPM candidate preferred
  • 5+ years minimum experience in a regional role
  • Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office
  • Property Management Software experience (i.e. Yardi, etc)
  • Strong skills in budgeting, profit/loss concepts, percentages, and variances required
  • Proficient in creating annual budgets and carrying out asset management business planning
  • Problem solving, reasoning, motivating, organizational and training abilities
  • Proven ability to coach and develop staff
