Your Role:

  • Drive the development of hardscape sales territories through strategic initiatives and ongoing educational programs, including professional sales training and certification opportunities.
  • Leverage customized CRM and business intelligence tools to formulate effective strategies and identify competitive advantages.
  • Equip dealer teams with the necessary training and resources to foster business growth with Techo-Bloc.
  • Maintain brand consistency and ensure excellence in service across all sales channels.
  • Encourage knowledge-sharing and collaboration with internal teams, sales directors, dealers, and contractors, ensuring high standards for deliverables.
  • Research and promote innovative product placements on various platforms.
  • Act as an ambassador for the company's reputation as a leader in sales.

Qualifications:

  • A strong and ambitious work ethic.
  • A positive, energized attitude.
  • Post-secondary education.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in sales within a dealer network or in the hardscape/building material sector.
  • Proficiency in developing sales action plans, analyzing sales reports, organizing events, and nurturing customer relationships.
  • A valid passport and willingness to travel for training and meetings.
  • This position is home office-based with daily face-to-face meetings, requiring easy access to the Greater Boston area.
