About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Maritime Business Development Manager to join our team at Total Aerospace Services. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing strategic relationships with commercial and military entities worldwide.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Implement Strategic Plans: Create and execute plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion in the maritime industry.
  • Build Business Cases: Develop solid business cases with defined goals, including revenue targets and growth strategies.
  • Lead the Sales Team: Guide and train the industry-specific sales team to improve performance and achieve sales targets.
  • Enhance Customer Relations: Foster strong relationships with customers, lead generation, account management, and participation in industry events.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: Hold a Bachelor's degree in engineering or business management (preferred). Have at least 5 years of experience in senior-level sales or strategic planning.
  • Skills and Abilities: Outstanding communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Demonstrated leadership and strategic thinking.
