Business Development Manager

National Trench Safety is seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth and expansion through effective marketing, communication, and negotiation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential opportunities with private clients and general contractors, fostering strong relationships and ensuring timely communication.
- Provide regular updates to existing customers on product modifications, changes, and enhancements, ensuring seamless customer experience.
- Utilize market data to optimize sales calls and promotions, maximizing efficiency and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports for Sales Leaders and maintain accurate expense accounts.
- Maintain and develop internal and external relationships with business and technical peers for assigned partners, driving collaboration and mutual growth.
- Implement processes to support pipeline development and maintenance, preparing information for key stakeholders.
- Cultivate opportunities using predefined program frameworks or templates, ensuring successful outcomes.
- Assist with execution and deal management by communicating and reporting with stakeholders, driving resolution of blocking issues.
- Support post-deal governance and execution plans by working with internal and partner stakeholders across business and technical teams, measuring progress against KPI-defined success metrics.
- Develop conceptual estimates for projects, maintaining a working knowledge of general conditions, work scope, and specifications of project contracts/subcontracts.
- Manage early works equipment vendors/suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring timely and cost-effective execution.
- Perform other duties as assigned, contributing to the overall success of National Trench Safety.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience in outside sales and account management, with a proven track record of success.
- Valid driver's license required.
