Job Overview

Position Summary:
Keffer Kia is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to enhance our team. This role is full-time and operates on a commission-only basis within the automotive sector. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.


Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both prospective and current customers.
  • Drive sales through proactive lead generation and follow-up.
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives.
  • Engage in product training and stay informed about new offerings and features.
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to align with dealership-wide goals.
  • Use CRM tools to manage leads, follow up with clients, and document sales efforts.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends to better anticipate customer preferences.
  • Attend networking functions to build professional relationships that promote dealership services.
  • Maintain a tidy and professional workspace to reflect the dealership's standards.
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Previous experience in automotive sales is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Capability to develop and nurture customer relationships.
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Must possess a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
