Position Details:

This role is hybrid remote, requiring 60% in-office presence.

  • Formulate and refine comprehensive account strategies to drive significant sales revenue growth for our partnerships both in-store and online.
  • Prepare and manage effective business cases for annual or incremental investments to ensure the desired sales trajectory.
  • Establish and nurture strong internal collaborations to facilitate efficient planning and teamwork.
  • Oversee account-specific growth initiatives to maximize ROI and enhance sales performance.
  • Lead the creation and localization of partner presentation materials, delivering compelling product pitches.
  • Implement a data-driven communication strategy, utilizing insights to guide tactical and strategic decisions that impact business outcomes.
  • Act as a subject matter expert in the competitive retail landscape, providing strategic insights that inform business planning and drive innovation.
  • Develop and execute strategic growth initiatives, establishing clear KPIs to monitor and sustain success.
  • Collaborate in the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) process to inform production forecasting and ensure efficient supply chain execution.
  • Foster and develop a high-performing team equipped with the skills necessary for long-term success.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in roles such as Key Account Manager, National Account Manager, Business Development Manager, or Senior Sales Representative with National Retail accounts.
  • A University Degree or College Diploma is preferred, or equivalent experience of 5-7 years in a related field.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, and/or CRM systems.
  • Exceptional presentation, forecasting, and analytical skills with a strategic mindset.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%.
