Job Overview

Position Summary:
Keffer Kia is in search of a passionate and driven Automotive Sales Consultant to become a vital part of our team. This full-time role operates on a commission-only basis within the automotive sector. As an Automotive Sales Consultant, your primary focus will be on driving sales and fostering strong relationships with our clientele.

This position requires a self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment and can work autonomously.


Compensation & Benefits:
The Automotive Sales Consultant role at Keffer Kia provides a competitive commission-based pay structure. Additionally, team members are eligible for benefits including health coverage, paid leave, and a retirement savings plan.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Cultivate and sustain relationships with both prospective and current clients
  • Drive sales through proactive outreach and diligent follow-up on leads
  • Achieve or surpass monthly and yearly sales objectives
  • Engage in product training and stay informed about new offerings and features
  • Deliver outstanding customer service by understanding client needs and resolving any issues
  • Collaborate with the sales team to support dealership-wide goals and initiatives
  • Employ CRM tools to monitor leads, follow up with clients, and document sales activities
  • Keep abreast of industry trends and market developments to better serve customer preferences
  • Attend networking functions to build professional relationships that promote dealership services
  • Maintain a tidy and organized workspace to reflect the dealership's standards
  • Adhere to all company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Prior sales experience in the automotive field is advantageous
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Capacity to establish and nurture customer relationships
  • Proficient in computer applications, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Must possess a valid driver's license and maintain a clean driving record
