About the Position
In this role, you will contribute to a sales-oriented environment while ensuring a consistent customer experience. You will engage with customers by delivering outstanding service through a hospitality-driven approach. You will provide customers with information regarding current merchandise selections, store promotions, and events, while executing operational tasks effectively and efficiently. Key Responsibilities
  • Support Sales, Hospitality, Operations, People, and Conversion through our Shop C3 Program.
  • Drive sales initiatives.

  • Deliver a uniform sales floor experience.
  • Establish customer connections through greetings and authentic hospitality.
  • Assist with sales floor, fitting room, point of sale, and operational processes as needed.
  • Ensure all customers feel valued and appreciated.
  • Build trust to address customer shopping needs.
  • Utilize omni-channel offerings to provide a seamless customer experience.
  • Accurately execute operational processes, including BOPUS, BOSS, MLS, SFS.
  • Foster rapport and make genuine connections with customers.
  • Acknowledge and assist customers through company programs.
  • Complete transactions accurately and efficiently while engaging with customers.
  • Act as a savings consultant to help customers save with a Kohl's Card.
  • Convert, open, and activate Kohl's Card applications.
  • Respond courteously to requests and inquiries.

  • Ability to stand and walk for the duration of a scheduled shift (at least 8 hours).
  • Ability to visually verify information and locate and inspect merchandise.
  • Ability to wear a face mask or covering and other personal protective equipment.
  • Ability to withstand exposure to varying temperatures, humidity, and other elements while performing certain job duties.
