  • Establishing and nurturing effective communication with each client.
  • Preparing necessary documentation for incoming entries and reviewing client releases.
  • Generating comprehensive reports and maintaining an updated understanding of client inventories.
  • Addressing and resolving client concerns and complaints.
  • Collaborating closely with the Sales Team to serve as a liaison between clients and WATCO.
  • Upholding confidentiality while demonstrating a thorough understanding of operational capabilities.
  • Engaging with external clients and internal stakeholders effectively.
  • Exhibiting strong organizational and communication skills is essential.
  • Demonstrating the ability to perform under pressure, adapt to changing circumstances, and work collaboratively within a team.
