Position Summary: The Sales Account Executive is responsible for managing customer relationships and driving sales growth within assigned accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Engage with clients to identify their requirements and facilitate a seamless sales experience.
  • Establish strong connections to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Deliver exceptional service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback and market trends.
  • Process orders via phone or email, ensuring accuracy in pricing, discounts, and product details.
  • Maintain precise order entry and timely processing.
  • Notify clients of any unexpected delays or challenges.
  • Oversee all sales functions related to assigned customer accounts.
  • Prepare and adjust quotes for designated accounts.
  • Coordinate customer orders with various departments, including Engineering and Production, while leading contract discussions.
  • Assist in the creation and organization of marketing materials.
  • Anticipate potential new orders through effective forecasting.
  • Provide constructive feedback regarding customer experiences, including lost sales.
  • Participate in cost analysis projects as directed by management.
  • Address customer complaints and provide after-sales support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with commercial export regulations and company policies.
  • Adhere to all relevant corporate procedures and safety standards.
  • Support internal audits and quality management systems.
  • Other responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.
  • At least 3 years of experience in a sales role within the manufacturing sector.
  • Basic knowledge of the manufacturing processes in the oil and gas industry.
  • Preferred familiarity with pressure control equipment and components.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both in-person and over the phone.
  • Proven track record in managing significant accounts and contracts.
  • Strong customer-centric approach.
  • Professional demeanor when representing the organization.
  • Able to effectively communicate with both executives and operational staff.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams.
