About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Executive to join our team at Charter Communications. As a Regional Advertising Account Executive - Audience Based Selling Specialist, you will be responsible for developing and executing audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Identify target audience segments and create personalized sales pitches and solutions
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned media market
  • Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize audience-based selling efforts
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
  • Media sales experience (5 years), Digital media experience (2 years)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, consultative skills, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem, strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
