About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced National Account Development Executive to join our team at Accelerate HC. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and maintaining strategic relationships with national advertising agencies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within named agency accounts
  • Upsell and leverage existing business from new and established customers
  • Qualify projects to maximize efficient sales efforts
  • Develop and deliver custom sales presentations and demonstrations
  • Collaborate with internal creative departments and clients to develop effective advertising campaigns
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of advertisements
  • Assist in resolving issues related to billing and customer satisfaction
Requirements
  • 5+ years of relevant industry experience, with 1-2 years of sales experience in Out-of-Home (OOH) advertising
  • Established relationships and existing book of business amongst OOH agencies
  • Digital media and/or Programmatic DOOH experience
  • Proven track record of successful new business development
  • Ability to work independently with a full understanding of the media buying and planning process
  • Demonstrated relationship-building skills and ability to work with internal teams
  • College degree or equivalent practical experience
