Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute audience-based sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand business opportunities
- Identify target audience segments and create personalized sales pitches and solutions
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the assigned media market
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize audience-based selling efforts
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and experience
- Media sales experience (5 years), Digital media experience (2 years)
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, consultative skills, attention to detail, knowledge and understanding of the digital ecosystem, strong understanding of audience targeting and segmentation techniques
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets, Ability to work independently and as part of a team, Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools
