Position Overview
Vector Media is seeking a dedicated and reliable Advertising Operations Specialist to join our Operations Team. This role is essential to the daily functioning of our advertising initiatives and will report to the Assistant Operations Manager. The primary responsibilities of the Advertising Operations Specialist include executing and documenting the installation, upkeep, and removal of advertising materials on various platforms (such as vehicles and fixtures), conducting site assessments, and providing support for operational tasks throughout the region. The role involves predominantly outdoor work, with occasional night and weekend commitments.

Compensation Details: The pay range for this position is $21.00/hour - $23.00/hour, translating to an annual salary of approximately $43,680 - $47,840 based on a standard 40-hour work week. This range is subject to adjustments based on experience, education, skills, and other relevant factors.

  • Access to a smartphone or tablet for communication and documentation, with a stipend provided.
  • Physical capability to perform tasks such as walking, standing, kneeling, and lifting over 50 lbs.
  • Familiarity with basic hand tools and equipment.
  • Experience with installing vinyl graphics is a plus, but training will be provided.
Key Responsibilities
  • Travel locally to perform operational tasks at various sites.
  • Inspect, install, maintain, and remove advertising materials in line with company standards.
  • Conduct thorough site assessments, including measurements and documentation.
  • Transport and deliver materials and supplies as needed.
  • Perform audits of advertising campaigns.
  • Maintain organized work sites and ensure a safe working environment.
  • Occasionally travel regionally for work assignments.
