About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and analytical individual to play a crucial part in supporting the Sales organization for the Americas region at Cornerstone OnDemand, a premier people development company.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales or revenue analytics, with a focus on forecasting and data analysis. They will be responsible for developing a thorough understanding of the business through proactive data analysis and providing precise, clear, and consistent quantitative analysis to support Americas Sales.

The successful candidate will also be responsible for assisting in preparing strategic and tactical reports, dashboards, and presentations to support sales performance, as well as supporting forecasting accuracy and discipline by maintaining pipeline hygiene, managing forecast reporting, and proactively communicating trends in risks and opportunities.

Additionally, they will collaborate cross-functionally to optimize CRM data collection and reporting standards, and contribute to ad-hoc and special data projects that support our global go-to-market strategies.

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • 3+ years of experience in sales or revenue analytics, ideally with a focus on forecasting
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, including Tables, Pivot Tables, Index-Match, Nested Ifs, and Lookups
  • Experience with BI tools such as Clari, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and PowerBI
  • Exceptional organizational skills, multitasking ability, and a strong business acumen
  • Adept at handling ambiguity, and perform well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
  • Proactive, dependable, detail-oriented, and have a self-starter work ethic
  • Exhibit logical and analytical thinking, with the ability to influence individuals at all organizational levels
  • Preferably, have experience working in a SaaS company, especially in a B2B company
  • Natural appetite for data and intellectual curiosity
