We are seeking a Lead Revenue Analyst, Sales Operations to become a vital member of our expanding Revenue Operations team. This position is fully remote.

About the Role
At Cornerstone OnDemand, we are on the lookout for a Lead Revenue Analyst, Sales Operations who is driven, analytical, and self-sufficient. This role is essential to our objective of exceeding our Annual Operating Plan and fostering revenue enhancement.

Your Contributions
As the Lead Revenue Analyst, you will be instrumental in supporting the Sales division for the Americas region. Your key responsibilities will encompass:
  • Conducting weekly revenue forecasts and go-to-market analytics.
  • Acting as a subject matter expert in Sales data.
  • Delivering precise and consistent quantitative analyses to bolster Americas Sales.
  • Preparing strategic reports, dashboards, and presentations to enhance sales performance.
  • Maintaining pipeline integrity and managing forecast reporting to ensure accuracy.
  • Collaborating across departments to refine CRM data collection and reporting standards.
  • Engaging in special data projects that align with our global market strategies.

Qualifications
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A bachelor’s degree.
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in sales or revenue analytics, with a focus on forecasting.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including Tables, Pivot Tables, and Lookups.
  • Experience with BI tools such as Clari, Einstein Analytics, Tableau, and PowerBI.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • A strong business acumen and the capability to navigate ambiguity.
  • A proactive and detail-oriented approach, with a self-starter mentality.
  • Logical and analytical thinking skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Preferably, experience in a SaaS environment, particularly in B2B settings.
  • A genuine passion for data and a curiosity to explore.
  • A commitment to fostering diversity and inclusivity in the workplace.

Evaluation Process
As part of the selection process, candidates can expect a forecasting case study to evaluate their presentation skills, data summarization abilities, and data management expertise. This task is designed to take approximately 1-3 hours.

Compensation and Benefits
At Cornerstone OnDemand, we offer a transparent total rewards program grounded in equitable pay, market research, and skill-based evaluation. The base salary range for this position is $115,700 USD, with potential additional compensation based on location and other factors. Our comprehensive benefits package may also include bonuses or commissions.
