We are in search of a seasoned Field Sales Executive to enhance our operations in the Midwest Region, encompassing Kansas, northwest Missouri, northeast Oklahoma, and southwest Iowa. As a crucial contributor to our organization, you will play a significant role in the growth, management, profitability, and overall success of our production and distribution sectors. Leveraging your deep expertise in production oversight and distribution processes, combined with our robust support system, you will be empowered to make essential daily business decisions that drive maximum profitability, while also showcasing your capabilities.
Success in this position begins with a commitment to a high-performance mindset. Proven proficiency in CRM systems, swift relationship building with both new and existing clients, experience in regional market expansion, and proactive self-generated leads are fundamental elements that will underpin your strong performance. This role requires travel of at least 40% of the time, with occasional overnight stays depending on business development opportunities.
