Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Field Sales Representative to join our team in Kansas City. As a Field Sales Representative, you will be responsible for executing all aspects of our sales plan with our wholesaler network, implementing brand plans and programming, and ensuring key account execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Execute all aspects of sales plan with wholesaler network
  • Implement brand plans and programming
  • Ensure key account execution
  • Track and report on-going and consistent market conditions
  • Provide weekly retail/market recap of execution and performance
  • Monitor and evaluate personal performance on a monthly basis
Requirements
  • Hold a University bachelor's degree
  • 1-3 years of sales experience preferred or recent graduate with sales internship experience
  • Fact-based selling and ability to establish rapport
  • Strong analytical and math skills
  • Mobility is mandatory
  • Strong computer skills, Office (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
