Position Overview:

This Field Sales Executive will spearhead sales initiatives with retailers along a designated route, fostering relationships at the store level, securing secondary placements, constructing displays, and utilizing creative assets to attract consumer attention.

We seek individuals who are driven, organized, engaging, innovative, and capable leaders whose voices will help us expand our company through their account relationships.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with store managers at each local outlet.
  • Promote displays and secondary placements.
  • Conduct store visits to monitor shelving, pricing, and inventory levels.
  • Manage a designated list of stores within an assigned territory.
  • Ensure compliance with national corporate mandated and optional programs.

Qualifications:

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.

Prior experience in Merchandising or Territory Sales, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods, is preferred.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are necessary.

Familiarity with regional off-premise chains in the assigned territory is advantageous.

A proven track record of dependability is expected.

Physical requirements include the ability to regularly lift, move, kneel, bend, and position up to 30 pounds of inventory and/or promotional displays as needed.


Work Schedule:

This is a part-time position requiring 12-16 hours per week (Monday to Friday) under a private 1099 contract arrangement, covering the assigned territory with travel reimbursement.
