Key Responsibilities
  • Team Supervision: Lead and manage teams of merchandising professionals to ensure successful completion of retail store remodels and resets.
  • Project Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute retail store remodels and resets, ensuring timely completion and adherence to client requirements.
  • Client Liaison: Serve as the primary point of contact for retail clients, providing regular updates on project progress and addressing any concerns or issues.
  • Team Performance: Evaluate and improve team performance, providing coaching and training as needed to ensure high-quality results.
  • Safety and Compliance: Ensure that all team members adhere to company safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in retail store remodels, retail installations, and merchandising, with a proven track record of success.
  • Skills: Ability to read and interpret retailer-specific Plan-O-Grams, blueprints, and floor plans; experience with light construction, fixture installations, and merchandising.
  • Travel: Must be available to travel away from home with overnight stays, with the possibility of being on the road for extended periods.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to perform repetitive bending, standing, and walking for up to 10 hours a day, with the ability to lift, push, and pull materials up to 50 pounds.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
