Your Role

We are in search of a seasoned Sales Executive to collaborate with our field service management team to grasp customer needs and identify new business opportunities. Reporting directly to the VP of Sales, you will craft and execute effective strategies to penetrate markets and enrich our extensive portfolio of enduring client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Foster and sustain strategic relationships with customers by proactively engaging with both existing clients and new prospects to consistently meet sales and business objectives.
  • Identify and pursue new opportunities to expand business and solutions with assigned clients, ensuring a robust and qualified sales pipeline.
  • Establish and uphold professional credibility within the industry to effectively collaborate with clients and be recognized as a strategic partner dedicated to enhancing the customer experience.
  • Network and prospect across various industries to cultivate a strong pipeline that aligns with company sales goals.
  • Present Techsafety's service offerings to all levels within existing and potential client organizations.
  • Participate in industry trade shows and conferences to promote our services.
  • Act as a mentor to clients by assessing growth opportunities and promoting new services.
  • Drive growth through cross-selling and upselling strategies by collaborating with different business units.
  • Work closely with fellow Sales Executives, Inside Sales, and service delivery managers to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service alignment.
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of the company's service offerings to tailor recommendations to meet customer needs.
  • Conduct structured business review sessions with management to align on customer strategies and priorities, refine our value proposition, and suggest continuous improvements.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Compensation and Benefits

We offer a competitive salary range of $75,000 - $120,000, with potential earnings based on performance. Our benefits package includes:

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • A bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, Environmental Facilities Management, or a related field; a master's degree is a plus.
  • 5+ years of experience in a sales role, with a proven track record of independently managing a portfolio of clients.
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM systems for tracking productivity and sales opportunities.
  • A strong understanding of the laboratory and healthcare compliance services market.
  • Exceptional customer service and sales skills, with a commitment to problem-solving and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to a dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel 50% - 70% of the time to meet with clients.
