About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Program Manager to join our Launch Program team at Mastercard. As a Technical Program Manager, you will be responsible for leading the delivery of complex technical programs, ensuring timely and within-budget execution, and driving continuous improvement across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of technical programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams, including technology, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with program sponsors and stakeholders to define program scope, goals, and deliverables.
  • Manage program budgets, resources, and timelines, ensuring effective use of resources and meeting program milestones.
  • Identify and mitigate program risks, ensuring proactive issue resolution and minimizing impact on program delivery.
  • Develop and implement process improvements, leveraging industry best practices and emerging trends to enhance program delivery and efficiency.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical program management, with a proven track record of delivering complex programs on time and within budget.
  • Strong technical skills, with expertise in software development, data analytics, or related fields.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Proven ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with multiple priorities and deadlines.
