Key Responsibilities
  • Comprehend the comprehensive project roadmap and designated scope of work.
  • Facilitate project-related meetings as necessary.
  • Engage with vendors and oversee network implementation, upgrades, and migration tasks.
  • Track each project release and communicate updates to the program manager.
  • Maintain project documentation, including schedules, meeting notes, action items, and status reports.
  • Develop essential project documents such as budget plans, project charters, and release plans.
  • Act as a communication bridge between the program manager and other project managers, as well as technical teams.
  • Support the creation and revision of technical documentation related to project releases.
  • Identify and address project challenges through collaboration with key stakeholders.
Qualifications
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in managing large-scale IT projects.
  • Proven experience in technical project management within the IT infrastructure domain.
  • Solid understanding of networking concepts including LAN, WAN, and wireless technologies.
  • Ability to apply project management methodologies effectively.
  • Skilled in gathering requirements from diverse sources and communicating them clearly.
  • Strong presentation abilities for engaging with senior management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Willingness to work on-site as required.
