Position Overview
We are seeking a Senior Technical Program Manager to join our dynamic team at Fanatics.
This role involves the formulation, execution, and management of a comprehensive, data-oriented strategy for our technical program management initiatives.
Establish and nurture robust relationships with key internal stakeholders across various departments, including Engineering, to effectively prioritize technical projects and contribute valuable insights on program functionalities and features.
Compensation: Salary range from $157,768.00 to $243,815.00 annually, accompanied by a competitive benefits package.Qualifications: A Master's Degree in Computer Engineering or a closely related field is required, along with a minimum of 1 year of experience in the role or in technical project management utilizing methodologies such as Six Sigma, SCRUM-Agile, or Waterfall. Alternatively, a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Engineering or a related discipline with 5 years of progressive experience in the industry, including at least 1 year in the offered position or in technical project management, is acceptable. Any combination of education, training, or experience that meets these criteria will also be considered.
Experience with Six Sigma, SCRUM-Agile, and Waterfall methodologies is essential.
