- Leadership Skills: Proven ability to work effectively with people at all levels, including senior management, engineers, product managers, and external stakeholders.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive, hands-on nature that facilitates project and process success, with advanced ability to analyze processes and drive change across an extensive set of project types.
- Communication Skills: Superb written and verbal communication skills, with ability to cater updates to the relevant audience.

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience, with PMP Certification or equivalent practical experience.
