The Opportunity

We are in search of a Program Manager with a technical focus to become an integral part of our Product division, facilitating our collaboration with Engineering. This position entails overseeing the planning, development, and launch of extensive, cross-platform projects. A key aspect of this role is enhancing our execution framework. Success in this position requires a passion for leveraging technology and automation to minimize operational burdens while fostering cross-departmental awareness.
Your Responsibilities
  • Lead and coordinate sprint planning sessions across various development teams.
  • Establish and document project timelines and complexities.
  • Oversee the execution of feature development and manage large-scale projects that span multiple platforms, programming languages, and internal teams across different time zones.
  • Ensure effective tracking and management of release planning, communicating updates throughout the organization.
  • Develop and refine product release checklists in collaboration with relevant stakeholders, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering teams on capacity planning, both during quarterly reviews and on a sprint-by-sprint basis.
  • Monitor team velocity and assess organizational changes to enhance project development and delivery.
  • Promote and utilize automation to reduce manual task-related processes.
Qualifications We Seek
  • 3-5 years of experience in program management.

  • Experience in scaling execution processes from a single engineering team to multiple teams.
  • Direct experience in the payments, cards, or consumer credit sectors.
  • A solid understanding of payment systems and processes.
  • Experience in a regulated industry.
