Digital Project Coordinator -- Remote

The Digital Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in overseeing the management, documentation, and successful execution of project plans, including timelines, scopes, and budgetary considerations for a new brand integration within the Luxury Division.

This position necessitates seamless collaboration with both Global and US stakeholders across various departments, including operations, supply chain, finance, information technology, enterprise architecture, cybersecurity, retail systems, and eCommerce. The selected candidate will assist in preparing presentations for senior leadership, summarizing the integration strategy for the new brand across all channels within the established timeline, budget, and technical parameters.

Key Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 5-7+ years of experience in digital strategy with a robust understanding of both direct and indirect consumer website operations
  • Exceptional project management skills with a strong ability to foster cross-functional relationships and maintain project timelines
  • Capacity to work autonomously while managing multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating excellent time management and prioritization abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project for project planning, as well as Visio and PowerPoint for creating high-level system diagrams
  • Understanding of comprehensive business processes such as Record to Report, Order to Cash, and Forecast to Stock
  • Ability to analyze and convert data into actionable business strategies
  • Creative problem-solving skills with a focus on prioritizing initiatives and anticipating business requirements
  • Strong partnership-building skills and the ability to engage effectively with diverse individuals at all organizational levels
  • Sharp analytical skills, capable of interpreting complex data into actionable insights and optimizations
  • Demonstrated strategic, innovative, and creative thinking, supported by sound business judgment and quantitative skills

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate discovery sessions
  • Oversee the implementation phases of projects
  • Develop plans to align IT teams for project launches and assess feasibility
  • Conduct traditional project management tasks such as coordination, scheduling meetings, and ensuring follow-ups
  • Manage various domains, assimilating ongoing developments and creating execution plans to meet target deadlines

  • Technical expertise in project management
  • Proficient in orchestrating meetings, maintaining calendars, and documenting meeting notes
  • Ability to follow up on action items and develop comprehensive project timelines
  • Experience with Microsoft Project and online project management tools
  • Strong listening skills to capture insights, take notes, and develop realistic project plans
  • Extensive experience in project management is highly valued

Contract Details:
