About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Technical Program Management Intern. As a Technical Program Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the execution of multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio in our scrum execution model.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conceptualize, rationalize, and drive multiple simultaneous projects to deliver engineering work across the portfolio
  • Work across multiple teams to drive strategy alignment and partnership against complex objectives
  • Proactively mobilize, orchestrate, and accelerate complex initiatives with dependent organizations to ensure successful execution and completion
  • Regularly define and review key success metrics for data-focused tracking and proactively seek out new and improved mechanisms for visibility
Requirements
  • Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program majoring in Computer Science or a related field with a graduation date of December 2025 or beyond
  • Ideal candidate will have a strong interest in technology, especially through a data-driven lens
  • Experience breaking down problems, organizing work, planning sprints, and delivering work in agile delivery models (scrum, Kanban, etc.) is a plus
