Job Overview

KJ Media is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving new sales growth and expanding our business through strategic partnerships and customer relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Business Development: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, collaborate with management to develop and implement sales strategies, and build strong relationships with existing clients to expand our business.
  • Account Management: Proactively troubleshoot customer issues, monitor accounts receivable, and prioritize customer satisfaction to ensure seamless business operations.
  • Database Management: Maintain and update the ACT sales database for effective tracking and analysis of sales performance.
Requirements
  • Education and Experience: College degree or 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
  • Personal Skills: Persistent and results-oriented, strong organizational and interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to analyze data and present sales information effectively, and basic computer proficiency.
  • Preferred Skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.), COPS, and Sales Contact Management Software.
