Job Summary

Centric Business Systems - powered by UBEO is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for selling business technology solutions to new and existing customers within an assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue and gross profit expectations.
  • Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs analysis to understand customer requirements and develop solutions that meet their needs.
  • Solution Development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and present business technology solutions to customers.
  • Account Management: Manage customer relationships and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Business Growth: Identify opportunities for growth and expansion within existing customer relationships.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 4+ years of successful business-to-business sales experience, preferably in the technology industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership qualities, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
