A Regional Operations Manager (ROM) typically oversees the performance and management of multiple locations, providing guidance, mentorship, and strategic direction to a team of restaurant managers. The ROM plays a crucial role in enhancing operational efficiency, driving sales growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service while adhering to all relevant brand standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Capable of executing all roles within the restaurant team and management

• Ensure compliance with brand operational and food safety standards across all locations

• Evaluate sales performance and implement strategies for operational enhancement, sales growth, and profitability

• Analyze local market dynamics and competitor activities

• Set sales and service objectives in collaboration with franchise owners and restaurant managers

• Deliver outstanding customer service and address any issues that arise

• Facilitate team meetings to promote communication and collaboration

• Provide training to restaurant managers on various topics, including marketing strategies and brand initiatives

• Ensure proper execution of new products and processes during promotional periods

• Develop strategic business plans for the assigned locations and collaborate with franchise owners on action plans

• Articulate a clear vision and effectively communicate it to the team

• Collaborate with the brand's field operations team as necessary

Management Duties:

• Recruit, onboard, and nurture the development of restaurant managers

• Monitor, assess, and review employee performance within the restaurants

• Coordinate the management team to enhance restaurant performance and execution

• Mentor restaurant managers to boost sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction

Qualifications:

• Proficient in basic computer applications

• Fluent in both spoken and written English

• Fundamental math and financial management skills

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in multi-unit management or a related field in retail, dining, or hospitality

• Preferred: College degree

Physical Requirements and Work Environment:

• Travel between various restaurant locations is necessary.
