About Perfection Servo
Perfection Servo, a leading provider of industrial services, is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Regional Sales Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and developing new customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to identify and pursue new business opportunities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to increase sales and revenue
- Collaborate with our technical support team to provide exceptional customer service and support
- Utilize CRM tools to manage sales pipeline and territory
- Conduct market research and analysis to stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitor activity
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field
- Minimum 1 year of industrial sales experience, preferably in the electronics, hydraulics, robotics, servos, and/or mechanical components industry
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products and CRM systems
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel overnight
