Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Inside Sales Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a territory via telephone, achieving quarterly and annual sales goals, and overseeing the work of our Inside Sales Representative team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee the work of inside Sales Representative team
  • Coach, train, evaluate, and monitor sales representatives performance
  • Set and track sales target and KPI's
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecast
  • Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emails.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements.
  • Route qualified opportunities to the appropriate sales executives for further development and closure
  • Maintain and expand database of prospects within assigned territory.

Requirements:

  • 4 years of previous working experience as an inside Sales Manager
  • Networking industry or related industry experience preferred
  • BS degree in Sales, Business administration or similar relevant field
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and team management skills
  • Hands on experience with CRM software and MS Excel
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Demonstrated record of achievement in a prior sales position
  • Strong oral, written, telephone and presentation skills
  • Ability to learn and retain product specific information and utilize to position the features and benefits to customers
  • Familiarity in measuring and analyze key performance indicators (KPI) and CRM
  • Based in Greenville SC office (Not Remote)
