Amazon Assistant Manager Senior Supervisor

The Assistant Manager Senior Supervisor is a leadership position with expanded responsibilities, focusing on both operational and people-oriented tasks. As a key member of the Reception Team, you will manage team members and operations designated by the Manager of Reception.
Key Responsibilities- Manage daily resourcing, including call-outs and staffing levels.
- Establish escalation boundaries and protocols for Lead Receptionists regarding desk operations.
- Ensure program service level agreements and operation standards are met or exceeded.
- Plan and develop employee work schedules, coordinating break coverage and resources.
- Become the subject matter expert on building operations, including security access levels, facility procedures, and vendor points of contact.
- Work with outside vendors on procurement and spend management.
- Collaborate with the SEABEL training team on best training practices for new hires and ongoing training.
- Manage performance by establishing clear expectations, evaluating performance, and correcting performance as needed.
- Hire talent to ensure the right people are in the right role.
- Foster a spirit of teamwork and unity among team members.
- Robust customer service or administrative support experience.
- Proven experience as a supervisor or similar management role.
- Advanced computer skills in MS Office.
- Ability to practice a high level of confidentiality.
- Interpersonal skills to effectively motivate others.
- Detailed-oriented and thorough, with the ability to see the big picture.
- Associates degree.
- Ability to frequently carry and lift a backpack containing a laptop and other supplies, up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business.
