Amazon AI PR Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Communications Professional to join our Amazon AI team as a PR Manager. As a key member of our cross-company AI Communications team, you will play a critical role in helping us showcase the breadth and depth of our generative AI investments and innovations.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy to drive coordinated, multi-channel, company-wide AI storytelling.
- Work closely with senior business leaders, scientists, and communications colleagues across Amazon and AWS to source and tell stories on the ways Amazon is using generative AI to transform customer experiences.
- Collaborate with diverse businesses and teams to leverage earned, owned, paid, and social media to scale impact.
- Exercise high judgment in narrow time-frames to manage ambiguity and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of generative AI topics and trends to cultivate fresh story ideas and translate complex technology concepts into broadly digestible stories.
- 7+ years of recent professional communications or public relations experience.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Ability to exercise high judgment in narrow time-frames.
- Self-driven, entrepreneurial spirit with a strong work ethic.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
