- Collaborate with the content, creative, and e-commerce teams to ensure search-friendly, conversion-optimized user experiences across Amazon Autos touchpoints.
- Leverage data, customer insights, and competitive intelligence to continuously refine search strategies and tactics for maximum impact.
- Track and analyze search marketing performance metrics, such as traffic, leads, conversions, and return on investment.
- Manage a team of search specialists and external agencies/partners to ensure seamless execution and exceptional results.
- Stay up-to-date on search engine algorithm updates, industry trends, and emerging search marketing best practices.
- Partner with central teams to establish a strong affiliate marketing program for Amazon Autos.
- Optimize affiliate tracking, attribution, and commissioning through rigorous testing with central teams.
- 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience.
- 6+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience.
- Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements.
- Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts, and pivot tables).
- Experience building, executing, and scaling cross-functional marketing programs.
- Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of time zones and languages.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $106,400/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
