Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery is a secure and convenient package delivery service that allows customers to receive their packages inside their garage. This innovative service is part of Amazon's mission to empower customers to easily manage access to their homes and businesses.

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Marketing Manager to lead the marketing strategy for Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing plan to drive awareness, consideration, and conversion of the service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a marketing strategy to drive awareness and adoption of Amazon Key In-Garage Delivery
  • Conduct customer research to understand pain points and develop segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Work closely with Product Management to develop A/B tests to advance acquisition
  • Create go-to-market plans to launch new features and expand into new marketplaces
  • Plan and execute omni-channel campaigns to drive customer engagement and conversion

Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 6+ years of product marketing experience
  • Experience in leading customer research and developing segmentation and targeting strategies
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to present creative concepts effectively to senior executives
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements and manage multiple projects and meeting aggressive deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
  • MBA
  • Experience developing cross-functional relationships with product, consumer research, and marketing teams
  • Experience managing creative teams and external agencies
  • Experience leading A/B tests and developing go-to-market plans

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,100/year in our lowest geographic market up to $210,300/year in our highest geographic market.

Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
