Position Overview
The Software Account Executive plays a crucial role in expanding our client base by managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with potential clients to drive revenue growth.
- Qualify leads generated by the Sales Development Team and ensure prospects are informed about the latest product offerings.
- Negotiate pricing and terms with clients, working closely with the Contracts Department to finalize agreements.
- Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline, handling approximately 30 concurrent opportunities to exceed sales targets.
- Engage in daily activities such as client outreach, scheduling meetings, conducting sales presentations, and managing proposals.
- Collaborate effectively within a sales team structure under the guidance of a Regional Sales Director.

Additional Responsibilities
- Proactively generate around 50% of the sales pipeline through outbound prospecting efforts.
- Consistently achieve sales goals and deadlines.
- Foster strong working relationships across various internal and external teams.
- Maintain accurate records of leads and customer interactions in the CRM system.
- Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in sales.

Qualifications
- Self-motivated with strong organizational skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Familiarity with RFx processes (RFP, RFI, DDQ, Security Questionnaire) is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and web-based demonstration platforms.
- Proven track record of success in B2B software sales, particularly with enterprise accounts.
