Senior Partner Engagement Manager, Americas

Throughout the sales journey, they implement and oversee projects, optimize the utilization of our solutions, and ultimately ensure client satisfaction, helping them reach their objectives. As a Senior Partner Engagement Manager, Americas, your responsibilities will include:

Playing a pivotal role in this process: directly overseeing the delivery partners in the region while simultaneously enhancing our global partner initiatives. You will serve as a trusted advisor to our partners and the primary liaison between the Global Partner Success team and the Americas Operations regarding partner-related matters.
  • Strategic and proactive Partner Management: Independently and proactively cultivate relationships with key partners, guiding them towards established processes and best practices. Ensure partners recognize the value of their collaboration with RELEX and are dedicated to delivering high-quality work to our shared clients. Navigate and balance joint objectives while addressing any conflicting interests in good faith. You will be responsible for partner metrics, including financial performance and successful implementations.
  • Internal Advocacy: Act as the trusted and proactive subject matter expert on partner-related issues within our Americas organization, including Operations and Sales. Facilitate seamless collaboration with partners. Gather feedback on processes and contribute to global development initiatives, taking a leadership role in implementing process enhancements in the Americas.
  • Contribution to Global Best Practices: Actively gather and provide insights on existing partner engagement processes, covering aspects from commercial to legal, communication to financial, and everything in between. A quality review process and ensuring partners deliver continuous services will be key focus areas during your initial year.
We are seeking candidates with:
  • A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (communications, international trade, law, finance, business, engineering)
  • A minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience in partner management, partner success, or partner enablement roles within a software or consulting environment
  • Experience in a high-growth company is highly desirable
  • Proven ability to effectively manage partner relationships and drive change
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills, particularly in conflict resolution
  • Fluency in Spanish is a significant advantage
  • A self-motivated attitude with a track record of successfully completing projects and a forward-thinking mindset
  • Comfort with ongoing change and a mindset geared towards scaling
  • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 30%
  • Ability to work in the Metro Atlanta area
