What You Will Do:

The Senior Manager, Influencer Engagement will be responsible for developing and executing top-tier creator and influencer campaigns. This includes talent selection, relationship management, outreach and negotiations, campaign measurement, and thought leadership within the industry.

Specific Duties Include:

  • Oversee the successful execution of influencer campaign programming, encompassing influencer selection, outreach, contract negotiations, content development facilitation, and performance analysis.
  • Maintain daily communication with campaign creators and their representatives.
  • Create detailed content briefs to ensure alignment with campaign objectives.
  • Provide constructive feedback to influencers regarding content proposals and final assets.
  • Stay informed about emerging trends within the influencer ecosystem and guide internal and external clients accordingly.
  • Maintain expertise in best practices for utilizing influencer content across various marketing channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with influencers and their management teams to ensure a positive collaboration experience.
  • Manage client relationships by providing timely updates on campaign status and progress.
  • Review influencer content for compliance with guidelines and campaign strategies.
  • Advise and collaborate across teams, promoting best practices and prioritizing creator and influencer initiatives.
  • Utilize analytical insights to enhance campaign execution and optimize content opportunities.
  • Lead and cultivate relationships with junior clients and third-party vendors, facilitating effective communication.
  • Conduct market research to bring innovative ideas to creative solutions.

Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in social media, digital, and influencer marketing within an agency or large consumer-focused brand; experience in e-commerce or retail is advantageous.
  • Proven experience in influencer and creator marketing, with responsibilities spanning both strategy and execution.
  • In-depth knowledge of influencer strategy, social media channels, and negotiation processes.
  • Familiarity with influencer discovery and reporting platforms.
  • Understanding of influencer advertising guidelines, including FTC regulations.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of successful collaboration.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects while providing strategic recommendations.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and accountable for results.
  • Experience managing external vendors and platform partners.
  • Proficient in various digital content management systems.
