As part of our Finance Hub, we are seeking a dedicated Sustainability Reporting Manager to join our newly formed Global Statutory & Sustainability Reporting Center of Excellence. This role will report directly to the North America Sustainability Service Delivery Lead and will play a crucial part in the aggregation and analysis of sustainability metrics across our North American operations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the initial aggregation and analytical review of sustainability data from various facilities, ensuring accuracy and compliance with global reporting standards.
  • Aggregate sustainability metrics from multiple sources, including systems and spreadsheets, to facilitate reporting under various regulatory frameworks.
  • Stay informed on the latest sustainability reporting regulations to ensure the integrity and completeness of the data collected.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data collection processes and support external audit efforts.
  • Conduct comprehensive reviews of collected metrics to ensure reasonableness and adherence to reporting timelines.
  • Familiarize with relevant information systems that support sustainability reporting and understand data flow from source to consolidation.
  • Support the establishment of a robust internal control environment for sustainability reporting.
  • Evaluate third-party vendor contributions to ensure alignment with established guidelines.
  • Contribute to the evolution of sustainability reporting processes, adapting to changing business environments and compliance requirements.
  • Monitor data quality to ensure compliance with reporting standards.
  • Partner with other Finance Hub teams to facilitate the assurance process.
  • Assess the adequacy of data for statutory compliance and engage with senior leadership as necessary.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, with a focus on financial and management accounting.
  • Preferred qualifications include CPA or MBA.
  • Familiarity with US GAAP and regulatory environments is advantageous.
  • Experience in multinational corporations is beneficial.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to influence and collaborate with diverse stakeholders.

Proficiency in sustainability reporting processes, financial analysis, and data management is essential. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities, effective communication skills, and a commitment to fostering a culture of continuous improvement and learning.
