We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team at Core Managed, a leading IT Managed Service Provider. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive business growth and maximize IT capabilities for businesses in the Atlanta area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a specific region (Primary: Atlanta Metro/Secondary: Georgia) to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Analyze and accommodate emerging business needs through lead generation platforms, sales development teams, and personal prospecting within your assigned region.
  • Cultivate relationships with potential clients through initial meetings, either in-person or virtually.
  • Effectively communicate the value proposition of our team's expertise in Managed IT, Compliance, and Cyber Security solutions.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our solutions and how they can meet their present and future business requirements.
  • Collaborate with Solutions Engineers and in-house experts to deliver proposal presentations to potential clients.
  • Cultivate long-term relationships with clients to uphold our company's reputation through exceptional customer service.
  • Efficiently manage workload to prioritize daily, weekly, and monthly goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to expand our business network.
  • Continuously refine and improve the BDR process and strategy to optimize results and achieve growth targets.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or marketing with proven results.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
  • A self-motivated, proactive, and results-driven mindset.
  • Familiarity with IT MSP services and solutions, and how they align with clients' business needs.
  • Experience using CRM tools and processes to manage and track sales pipeline and performance metrics.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation Package:

  • $70,000 - $90,000 per year, based on experience.
  • Comprehensive medical benefits from day one.

  • A full-time position requiring local residency in Atlanta, GA.
