Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Development Manager to drive sustainable financial growth and develop strong relationships with customers and partners in the telematics industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing strategic business plans, and executing sales strategies to meet and exceed targets.

The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with a proven track record of developing new sales accounts and partner channels. A strong understanding of technical and business requirements, as well as excellent verbal and written communication skills, is essential. Additionally, the ability to travel 30-50% of the time is required.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prospect, research, identify, and hunt new business opportunities for assigned regions and segments
  • Create, evaluate, and implement strategic business plans for the growth and development of opportunities within the assigned regions and segments
  • Initiate, lead, and manage the end-to-end process as the subject matter expert (SME) to build, qualify, and establish cooperative contracts for NMTR ITS sales channels
