We are looking for an experienced professional with a proven track record in selling technology solutions and digital services. The ideal candidate will have consistently over-achieved client acquisition targets, possess strong local connections, and be able to manage complex negotiations. Previous experience in business development roles, particularly in the Energy, Resources, or Utilities sectors, is highly valued.

Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
• Achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets by driving regional strategies and acquiring new clients
• Developing leads, prospecting, and building sales pipelines through effective lead generation and relationship building
• Collaborating with market development and solution sales teams to ensure seamless execution of sales strategies
• Providing exceptional customer support and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the relationship
• Supporting market research and competitive positioning analysis to inform business decisions
• Adhering to TEPHRA's business development, HR, and corporate policies while demonstrating strong communication and presentation skills

Key Requirements
The successful candidate must possess:
• A strong hunter profile with a proven track record in selling technology solutions and digital services
• Consistent over-achievement of client acquisition targets
• 12-15 years of experience in selling digital services in the target region
• Strong local contact base and access to alumni, local associations, and industry associations
• Ability to manage complex negotiations and build long-term relationships with senior management
• Business development experience with Energy, Resources, or Utilities logos preferred

Travel and Education Requirements
The role requires regular travel to regional locations for lead generation, sales presentations, and relationship building. A Bachelor's degree is required, and candidates should be comfortable traveling extensively as part of their job responsibilities.

Salary Range
The estimated salary range for this position is $180,000-$220,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
