Sales Growth Strategist

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Growth Strategist to join our team at New Millennium Technical Resources. As a key member of our business development team, you will be responsible for driving sustainable financial growth and developing strong relationships with customers and partners.
The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to prospect and build new business relationships with a strategic vision for sales growth. You will focus efforts on specific regions and customer segments to identify and develop new opportunities.
Responsibilities include:
- Prospecting, researching, identifying, and hunting new business opportunities for assigned regions and segments.
- Creating, evaluating, and implementing strategic business plans for the growth and development of opportunities within assigned regions and segments.
- Initiating, leading, and managing the end-to-end process as a subject matter expert (SME) to build, qualify, and establish cooperative contracts for NMTR ITS sales channels.
- Managing/executing all business development goals and objectives pertaining to assigned regions and segments.
With a proven track record in developing new sales, accounts, and partner channels, you will be able to anticipate and understand customer needs and provide viable solutions. A well-defined sense of diplomacy, including solid negotiation, conflict resolution, and relationship management skills, is essential for success in this role.
Estimated salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
